Failure Habits, we all have them. We tend to focus on what we dont want; it's to hot in here, it's to cold in here, it's to bright, it's not bright enough.... you get the point. Its always negative.
I got a drill for you, Look around the room and find every thing that is the color green, any color green, lime green, forest green, olive green, green leaves, green, green, green, green........
Now close your eyes and try to remember everything that you saw.....that was the color blue.....
This is exactly how we are when it comes to our Failure Habits... We cant even thing of one positive thing....
You have to replace this Failure Habit with the Success Habits... Instead of focusing on what you don't want or don't like you wanna focus on what you do like and do want..
Remember you become what you think about most of the time...
For instance when you at a restaurant and your waitress asks you if you like the pasta... Instead of saying something negative, make it into a positive.. "Honestly its not my favorite, however I am really enjoying this salad." You addressed the question in a manor the instead of focusing on the negative you focused on the positive... :)
